Quotes are subject to availability until accepted and confirmed. Accommodation, transport, activities and other supplier services depend on availability at the time of confirmation.

Before confirmation

Customers should review the itinerary, traveller details, inclusions, exclusions, price, payment schedule and applicable cancellation terms before accepting a quote.

Changes

Changes requested after confirmation may affect availability, itinerary and price. Any material additional supplier costs will be communicated before the change is confirmed.

Booking record

The customer portal and written booking confirmation are the primary records for the confirmed journey, including the agreed price and payment status.
