Travel Information & Customer Responsibilities

Important preparation guidance for guests travelling with Rose Safaris Africa.

Travel documents

Travellers must hold valid passports and obtain visas, permits and other entry documents required for their nationality and destination. Requirements can change; customers should verify current requirements with the relevant authorities before travel.

Travel insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and should cover medical treatment, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, interruption, baggage and other risks appropriate to the journey.

Health and medical preparation

Customers should obtain destination-appropriate medical and travel advice before departure, including advice relevant to their personal circumstances. Any material mobility, dietary or medical requirement that affects the itinerary should be communicated to Rose Safaris Africa as early as reasonably possible.

Safari conditions

Wildlife sightings, road conditions, weather, conservation rules and local operating conditions are inherently variable. Guides and operators may adjust routes or activities for safety, conservation or operational reasons.

Luggage and personal belongings

Customers should follow the luggage guidance provided for their itinerary, especially where small aircraft, safari vehicles or remote camps impose weight or size restrictions. Customers remain responsible for their personal belongings unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Customer conduct

Guests are expected to follow reasonable instructions from guides, drivers, accommodation providers and activity operators, respect local communities and wildlife, and comply with applicable laws and conservation rules.
