Pricing & Quote Validity

How Rose Safaris Africa presents tailored journey pricing.

Quote validity

Unless a quote states otherwise, quotations are valid for 7 days and remain subject to availability. A quote becomes binding as a confirmed booking only through the booking and payment process.

What the price includes

The quote and booking confirmation identify the included accommodation, transport, activities, meals, fees and other services. Items not expressly included should not be assumed to be included.

Price changes before confirmation

Supplier rates, availability, taxes, park or conservation fees, fuel costs and exchange rates may change before confirmation. If a material change affects a quote, Rose Safaris Africa will provide an updated quote for the customer's consideration.

Confirmed bookings

Once a booking is confirmed, the applicable price and inclusions are those stated in the booking confirmation, subject to changes permitted by the Terms & Conditions, supplier conditions or applicable law.

Promotions

Promotional rates may have additional eligibility, validity, payment or cancellation conditions. Where a promotion conflicts with a general policy, the promotion's stated conditions apply to that promotion.
